1、牵头构建IT经营分析框架，包括指标体系（成本、效率、质量、价值等）、分析模型、数据标准及汇报机制，持续优化分析方法，确保分析结果的准确性、时效性和实用性； 2、整合IT全领域数据（研发、运维、采购、人力、项目等），开展多维度经营分析，包括IT成本结构分析、资源利用率分析、项目投入产出分析、IT投资回报率（ROI）测算、成本优化潜力挖掘等，形成有洞察、有落地建议的分析报告； 3、牵头开展IT成本精细化管理，分析IT成本构成及变动趋势，识别成本浪费环节，提出成本优化建议；推动IT资源集约化利用，提升IT投入的商业价值，实现IT从“成本中心”向“价值中心”转型； 4、负责IT经营分析相关工具（BI工具、数据建模工具等）的选型、应用及优化，推动数据自动化采集、分析，提升分析效率；沉淀分析经验，形成标准化分析模板。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、统计、财经、管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上IT经营分析、数据挖掘、成本管控经验，了解IT业务、熟悉IT成本构成优先，有企业IT经营分析、数字化转型及体系搭建、成本优化项目落地经验优先； 3、精通SQL、高级Excel、BI工具，具备强数据分析与洞察能力，会Python/R优先； 4、具备经营成本思维，能做ROI测算、投入产出分析，可输出落地成本优化方案； 5、擅长经营报告撰写、跨部门沟通及项目推进，责任心强，逻辑缜密，学习能力强，能快速掌握新的分析工具、业务知识及行业趋势。
