1、独立负责企业应用底座某一模块（如权限体系、CMDB、数据平台、OpenAPI、元数据管理平台等），从需求到设计再到落地，全流程负责模块的产品设计与迭代优化，构建AI驱动的产品能力； 2、深入复杂业务场景，梳理业务流程与规则，输出高质量产品方案，推动需求全流程落地，负责业务模块设计，包括领域建模、业务抽象、状态流转及规则体系建设，打造可扩展、可复用的产品能力； 3、持续发现并推动解决业务、系统及流程中的问题，协同相关团队完成产品优化与迭代； 4、熟练运用AI及各类效率工具，提升需求分析、方案设计、文档产出及项目推进效率； 5、参与产品标准化、平台化建设，推动业务流程优化与系统治理升级。

1、具备2-3年B端产品经验，具备复杂业务分析、流程设计、原型设计及项目落地能力； 2、逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的业务抽象、领域建模和规则拆解能力； 3、具备优秀的自驱力和问题解决能力，能够主动推动业务与产品持续优化； 4、具备良好的跨团队协作与项目推进能力，能够保障方案高质量落地； 5、学习能力强，能够快速理解陌生业务领域，适应快速变化的业务环境； 6、具备AI驱动的工作方式，持续探索并实践了AI赋能产品工作。
