日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与文娱及小游戏行业（短剧、小游戏、小说等）商业化产品相关工作，主要包含行业流量策略优化、投放产品落地等相关工作； 2、负责平台和数据相关需求跟进、策略分析等，跟进需求开发与上线，并协调推动相关的业务团队高质量执行； 3、结合抖音流量特点，从业务需求和数据中持续寻找产品优化方向。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/数学相关专业优先； 2、有商业产品/数据分析师/战略分析经验优先； 3、有良好的沟通和协作能力，有主动学习和深度思考能力，做事踏实且积极，有思辨能力； 4、至少连续实习4个月以上，每周保证4天及以上工作时间，能长期实习者优先。
