1、负责运用大模型技术挖掘、识别符合抖音精选生态的作品，构建良好的生态体验； 2、负责运用多模态内容理解技术，搭建内容理解标签系统，并在个性化分发、画风识别、社区氛围治理等场景中应用落地； 3、探索在抖音精选的各种场景，以AI技术为驱动优化产品能力，提升用户体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 3、熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python、Go、Java等，具备良好的编程能力； 4、有技术钻研精神，并具有较强的自驱学习能力；对AI有高度热情并愿意持续深入探索，具备较强的问题解决能力和创新思维，能够独立承担项目任务； 5、加分项：熟悉大模型及其技术生态，有大模型应用经验，有多模态内容理解工程经验或熟悉内容挖掘算法者优先； 6、每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上优先。
