ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：风控工程团队聚焦抖音、今日头条等全产品黑灰产对抗工程化落地，覆盖社区安全、交易风控等多领域风险治理。依托高并发架构、大数据、大模型等核心技术，构建端云一体多层对抗体系，提供全时效基建能力；同时搭建技术情报体系，实现威胁前置预警与精准打击，并联动算法、策略团队推进技术转化，打造高效可靠的智能风控解决方案。

1、挖掘业务重点场景的黑灰产业链，构建黑灰产业链情报收集工具，帮助业务了解黑灰产业链运作、盈利模式、规模态势； 2、追踪互联网黑产攻击，逆向分析黑产工具、作弊软件等，还原攻击手法和攻击路径，找到防御遗漏点； 3、针对黑灰产进行溯源，推进相关部门进行取证打击； 4、模拟黑灰产角色，对业务防御发起蓝军攻击，测试业务防御水位并找到防御漏点； 5、探索并利用AI Agent能力提升情报收集与分析效率，包括但不限于：借助Agent自动化完成黑灰产信息采集、工具链分析、攻击路径还原等重复性工作流，缩短情报响应周期； 6、参与风控场景下Agent工具/工作流的设计与开发，将情报分析、逆向溯源等经验沉淀为可复用的自动化Agent能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，信息安全、网络空间安全、计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于Python、Go、Java、C/C++、JavaScript； 3、了解互联网风险场景和常见的黑灰产业链运作模式和作弊手法； 4、了解常见Web、应用、系统漏洞原理以及对应的检测、解决方案，有移动端逆向、Windows逆向、渗透测试等经验优先； 5、好奇心强，具备良好的学习能力、分析和解决问题的能力，关注前沿安全攻防技术研究，有正义感； 6、熟悉大语言模型（LLM）及AI Agent的基本原理与使用，有通过Agent/Copilot类工具提升个人工作效率的实际经验优先；有Agent开发经验者优先，熟悉主流Agent框架，能独立完成Agent应用的设计与开发。
