1、负责长视频版权内容的站内运营、项目海报创意设计及视频看点等基础物料的制作及发布； 2、理解长视频业务，参与创新玩法及执行，协同产品、运营、版权各方，落地对应的剪辑需求； 3、支持长视频版权业务日常事务性工作支持，包括但不限于文件验收、介质交付验收、合同管理及行业信息收集、调研等。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有良好的审美和创意能力，对设计及剪辑流行趋势有洞察力； 3、熟练使用PS、PR/剪映、Word、Excel等办公软件； 4、学习能力、逻辑性强，熟悉抖音、西瓜视频等产品。
