1、参与抖音集团交易与广告系统及算法架构的设计与实现，包括检索和定向、出价和拍卖、向量化召回、模型预估和推理加速、训练样本和用户长序列等模块工作； 2、参与自动化投放、激励增长、电商和生活服务等业务架构的建设，探索引入Agentic AI等技术优化产品探索效率和服务客户能力，为多行业经营与营销增长提供一站式方案； 3、参与探索大语言模型（LLM）、多模态模型和生成式AI在广告、电商、生活服务等业务的工程化落地，为抖音集团商业化AI应用建设AI Infra与Agent Infra能力，探索在异构算力集群上的推理加速与算力调度； 4、参与团队暑期专属的“AI+广告架构”探索项目，在资深工程师的指导下，将前沿AI技术应用于解决真实的商业化系统挑战。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉C++/Java/Golang中的至少一门编程语言； 3、熟悉Linux操作系统和开发环境，具备良好的数据结构、算法基础和系统设计能力； 4、有强烈的求知欲、优秀的学习和沟通能力。
