1、职能范围：作为策略BP对抖音直播泛娱乐内容安全各风险域风险问题负责，工作内容包括不限于违规标准制定、风险感知预警、内容策略体系搭建、提升内容审核效率、协同业务需求等； 2、治理大模型：通过算法合作，落地大模型应用，推动治理链路整体效率提升； 3、内容违规标准制定：参与内容违规的定性和审核标准制定，明确需要管控风险形式和范围以及决策与危害程度相对应的处置力度； 4、风险预警：通过舆情分析或者巡检反馈等方式，提前预警可能的热点或者潜在的内容风险问题，判断优先级和解决方案； 5、风险策略制定：通过工具和数据分析能力主动挖掘线索，建立基于人和场景的分层管控策略体系，打击黑灰产业，解决业务痛点问题； 6、产品链路完善：与产品、数据、技术团队协同合作，完善风控产品链路，驱动风险治理工作高效良性循环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、算法等专业背景优先； 2、有AI大模型产品使用或实习经验优先，有大模型治理应用经验优先，有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据能力，能有效进行数据处理和策略决策； 3、具备良好的团队沟通和协作能力； 4、熟悉大模型原理。
