日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责抖音兴趣电商营销产品能力建设，围绕平台组织的大促活动，搭建系统化解决方案，覆盖活动营销、用户营销等方向，负责其产品规划和设计落地； 2、负责抖音电商大促活动组织，涉及招商供给策略、活动营销玩法和表达，结合内容电商场景探索互动和用户补贴策略，撬动商家更大投入，提升营销转化效果和用户体验； 3、结合AI与算法等智能化手段，探索平台活动营销在招商供给、用户玩法、活动补贴方向的增量价值验证，持续关注电商营销行业AI前沿与市场动态，挖掘能为业务产生核心价值的产品方向； 4、基于对电商营销全链路的了解，推动供给、内容、导购和交易等各场域合作，并与设计、技术、运营等团队协作，共同推进重点项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计、数学、计算机、信息管理与信息系统等专业优先； 2、具备较强的学习能力，逻辑能力强、执行力强、需要具备互联网产品相关实习经历，有营销产品实习经历更佳； 3、有较强的数据分析能力，通过数据能够发现产品问题，有独立提出产品解决方案的能力； 4、跨团队协作能力强，具备优秀的沟通表达能力、良好的人际关系处理能力，目标感和责任心强，不设边界。
