1、参与抖音生态与运营方向的业务需求研发，配合产品、测试高质量交付业务需求； 2、参与系统前端工程架构迭代优化，参与B端、C端前端产品的交互规范、性能、体验等优化； 3、参与制定代码规范、技术方案规范、测试规范，推进团队研发规范迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有良好基础知识，熟悉常用算法和数据结构；有技术钻研精神，并具有较强的自驱学习能力； 3、对移动互联网产品有浓厚兴趣，关注产品设计和用户体验，能够通过技术不断优化产品体验； 4、掌握Java、Kotlin、Objective-C、Swift、C、C++等任意一门编程语言； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上。
