日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深入理解广告业务，拆解增长驱动因素，发现关键问题与潜在机会，搭建和完善业务分析体系； 2、围绕行业趋势与内部核心课题，开展研究分析，输出有洞察的结论与策略建议，基于数据分析、用户体验与桌面调研，撰写行业/专题报告，沉淀对商业模式的深度理解； 3、参与重点战略项目，与产品、技术、运营、数据科学等团队协同推进，推动策略落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、鼓励多元化背景的同学、有互联网战略分析/咨询相关实习经验优先；同时有AI产品/运营/一级AI投资视角同学加分； 3、具备良好的英文能力，可独立完成英文资料研究与沟通； 4、对AI有强烈兴趣，能够使用主流AI工具提升分析与产出效率； 5、具备优秀的商业敏感度、结构化思考能力和快速学习能力； 6、良好的跨团队沟通能力与执行力。
