1、负责IDC机房内机柜、网络设备、综合布线等交付管理，制定并持续优化交付标准、流程、提升交付效率； 2、负责网络交付全生命周期管理，包括数据中心机房选址、工勘、网络基础设施设计及要求、供应管理、库存管理，建立过程管理标准，优化改进，构成持续稳定的交付； 3、跟进网络交付项目，能提前发现交付中的风险和问题，并协调各方解决问题，确保网络项目交付SLA达成； 4、负责整体构建网络交付的运营策略，资源规划与运营，确保网络交付不断提升交付能力和交付齐套性； 5、打通需求、规划、设备物料供货、调货、库管、资管、网络资源采购交付各环节，不断建设和优化网络端到端交付的平台能力。

1、本科及以上学历，具备数据中心弱电规划设计、网络设备交付、综合布线交付管理工作经验； 2、熟悉数据中心基础设施，熟悉网络设备供电、网络设备上下架、布线工勘与施工； 3、熟悉数据中心端到端交付全流程，有一定的项目管理经验，有PMP证书或PM经验优先； 4、熟悉运营商静态单线、动态BGP等公网带宽，熟悉城域DCI、光缆、长途专线等网络资源； 5、有数据中心网路规划、建设项目经验，熟悉网络设备、光模块、线缆优先。
