1、负责公司核心数据管理工作，包括数据采集、指标体系构建、看板搭建及维护，为经营决策与业务监控提供可靠的数据支持； 2、开展深入的行业与市场研究，分析竞争格局与趋势，挖掘潜在目标客户群体与市场机会，为商业化策略制定提供核心洞察； 3、基于客户洞察，参与客户策略制定与客户生命周期管理，协助优化分层、分群的客户运营机制，提升客户留存与价值贡献； 4、负责销售绩效与激励策略分析，通过对销售数据及行为模式的挖掘，评估团队效能，提出优化建议以提升整体业绩； 5、开展定期和专项经营分析，诊断业务健康度，发现增长瓶颈与机会点，为产品定价、资源投入与战略规划提供数据建议。

1、本科及以上学历在读，金融、经济学、统计学、数学、计算机科学、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力与清晰的逻辑思维，能够深入理解业务并挖掘数据价值； 3、具备出色的沟通与协作能力，能够清晰表达观点，有效推进跨团队合作； 4、高度自驱，具备快速学习和适应变化的能力，对AI等前沿技术抱有浓厚兴趣并乐于实践； 5、具备良好的商业和结果导向意识，能独立负责分析项目并推动落地；且具备出色的影响和说服能力，能通过数据和洞察驱动业务决策和改变； 6、接地气，有好奇心，持续追求自我突破，以解决问题为宗旨。
