团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责官网页面（Home，Pricing，Product等）及增长落地页的内容维护与迭代，协助进行页面配置、验收测试与上线，确保线上信息的准确性与时效性； 2、承接市场（MKT）、SEM/SEO、定价团队等的日常需求（如活动页上线、权益文案更新等），和设计、研发协作，独立闭环负责推动需求落地； 3、协助Mentor进行用户行为数据监测，输出基础分析报表；针对国际产品进行Feature与增长策略调研，辅助产出可落地的优化建议； 4、配合产品经理进行A/B Test的素材准备与配置，通过精细化运营提升落地页转化率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、优秀的英语读写能力（必需），能够流畅阅读英文文档及处理全英文产品文案； 3、较强的责任心与细节意识，对线上内容的准确性有高标准要求，能够耐心、严谨地处理日常运营配置工作； 4、具备良好的数据敏感度，熟练使用Excel等数据处理工具，能从基础数据工作和产品调研中提炼有价值的信息； 5、目标导向与快速学习能力突出，逻辑清晰，能够快速理解业务背景，从执行工作中思考优化点； 6、对SaaS/协同办公行业感兴趣，每周可保证4天到岗，可连续实习，有互联网产品运营、增长或咨询实习经验者优先。
