1、负责综合类的采购工作，包括但不限于公司开展业务所需的软件、硬件、IT设备、服务等采购需求，根据需求制定采购计划并执行； 2、开展供应商的开发、评估与管理工作，建立和完善供应商库，维护良好的供应商合作关系，确保采购渠道的稳定和可靠； 3、进行采购谈判，包括价格、交货期、付款方式等方面，争取有利的采购条件，降低采购成本，提高采购效率； 4、跟进采购订单的执行情况，协调解决采购过程中出现的问题，如交货延迟、质量异议等，确保采购物资按时、按质、按量交付； 5、负责采购相关文档的整理、归档和管理工作，包括采购计划、订单、合同、发票等。

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、采购管理、电子工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有3年以上采购相关工作经验，熟悉硬件产品的采购流程和市场情况，具有相关采购经验者优先； 3、具备良好的供应商开发和管理能力，能够有效评估供应商的实力和信誉，建立稳定的合作关系； 4、拥有优秀的谈判技巧和沟通能力，能够与供应商进行有效的沟通和谈判，争取有利的采购条件； 5、工作认真负责，严谨细致，具有较强的责任心，能够适应高效的工作节奏。
