1、负责AIGC视频Agent方向的研发与应用，覆盖视频生成、视频理解、视频编辑与多模态交互等场景； 2、深入跟进与理解大模型、多模态模型和Agent前沿技术的发展； 3、基于通用视频生成模型与多模态大模型，结合具体应用场景，进行相关的数据建设、模型微调与效果优化，从模型侧提升AIGC视频Agent的应用竞争力； 4、探索Agent在视频生成链路中的能力建设，包括多模态理解、脚本规划、镜头调度、视频生成、编辑工具调用、长视频一致性控制等，推动相关新技术、新产品落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握至少一门语言，ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、TopCoder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 3、熟悉CV、多模态、NLP、ML等相关技术，深入理解大模型相关技术栈（如RL、SFT、DPO），了解视频生成模型（如DiT、扩散模型、自回归视频模型）的基本原理； 4、了解LLM及多模态大模型架构，熟悉Multi-Agent技术、Prompt/Context Engineering工程技术，有AI Agent应用经验、AIGC视频/图像实操经验的优先； 5、出色的问题分析和解决能力，有自主探索解决方案的能力； 6、良好的沟通协作能力，能和团队一起探索新技术，推动技术进步。
