1、负责抖音生活服务社区与房产方向的用户侧产品规划、设计以及持续改进优化，不断创新、挖掘、设计新的产品功能，创造用户价值； 2、了解抖音、今日头条平台用户在房产垂类的特征和诉求，善于对不同用户需求分层，输出产品方案，提升用户覆盖、决策、转化全流程体验； 3、依托数据完成产品效果评估、问题定位与迭代规划，主导产品全生命周期管理；协同研发、设计、算法、运营、中台等跨团队推进项目落地，把控项目进度与交付质量，持续驱动业务指标提升； 4、对产品的用户新增、激活、留存以及商业化等相关指标负责。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、良好的产品意识，目标感强； 3、优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，善于利用数据驱动需求或指导决策； 4、敏锐的用户理解洞察能力，较好的沟通能力、自驱力和主人翁意识； 5、良好的执行能力，结果导向；具备高度的责任心和较强的自我驱动力，善于合作，善于协调和调度资源推动业务发展。
