1、本科及以上学历，1-3年互联网商业产品经验，有竞价广告或电商相关经验者优先； 2、逻辑清晰，具备优秀的数据分析能力和全局视野，能从数据中发现问题并定位机会，将复杂的业务逻辑转化为清晰、可落地的产品方案； 3、结果导向，沟通与协同能力强，能有效驱动跨职能团队（如研发、运营、销售）紧密合作，共同推进项目。
