1、负责巨量云图、AiMars产品价值传递与场景化落地深入理解产品能力与客户营销场景，提炼核心价值与应用路径，沉淀产品说明、操作手册、最佳实践案例、场景化解决方案等内容资产，并推动重点能力对内外部及时触达； 2、负责用户全生命周期运营与分层运营策略设计面向内部行业团队推动试用推广、培训赋能与反馈收集；面向外部客户，根据腰部、自助等不同客群特征，设计分层运营策略，提升用户活跃、粘性与产品采纳率； 3、建立产品使用数据监测体系，推动数据驱动的产品迭代持续跟踪活跃率、采纳率、adopted value、NPS等核心指标，识别用户需求与使用痛点，定期输出分析报告与优化建议，联动产品、研发形成“反馈—迭代—验证”闭环； 4、负责重点产品及专项项目运营围绕全域度量、品牌形象度量、转化路径度量、“巨量云图极速版”等重点产品，从客户营销场景出发定位产品价值，推动产品推广、客户转化、行业标杆案例与方法论沉淀； 5、开展生态内容运营及日常运营支持联动内外部资源推进案例共创、行业活动、生态合作等项目，扩大产品影响力；同时承接数据关系维护、电商、巨量星图绑定、账号纠偏、产品异常响应等日常运营工作，保障业务稳定运行。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、数据分析、产品、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备产品运营、客户运营、营销运营或商业化运营相关经验，有MarTech、广告营销、数据产品、SaaS平台或B端产品运营经验者优先； 3、具备较强的客户营销理解能力，能够将产品能力转化为客户可感知的业务价值； 4、具备良好的产品价值包装与内容沉淀能力，能独立产出产品说明、最佳实践案例、OnePage、解决方案等内容材料； 5、具备数据分析意识和指标化运营能力，能围绕活跃率、采纳率、Adopted Value、NPS等指标建立监测与分析机制； 6、具备较强的项目推进与跨团队协同能力，能协调产品、研发、市场、销售等多方资源高效落地。
