1、负责业务境内外主体的日常税务事项，包括但不限于纳税申报、税金预测、年度汇算清缴以及税务检查应对等相关税务工作，确保符合国内外税务法规要求； 2、负责业务主体资质管理和税务优惠申请，如高新技术企业、研发加计扣除等，积极与相关部门进行沟通协调，落实税收优惠； 3、负责业务主体关联交易和转让定价管理，包括但不限于统筹规划业务主体定位，设计交易架构，制定合理的转让定价政策，准备同期资料，防范转让定价风险等； 4、对业务需求和场景提供税务支持，识别潜在的税务影响并向业务团队提供税务解决方案； 5、及时跟进税收政策法规的变化和更新，向相关业务团队提供税务培训或税务更新。

1、本科及以上学历，税务或财务管理相关专业； 2、5年以上税务相关工作经验，熟悉中国和新加坡税收法律法规，并具有实务操作经验，有芯片和集成电路相关业务经验优先； 3、具备较强的沟通协调能力、责任心和求知欲，逻辑思维清晰，沟通、学习、适应能力强，对快速变化的税收法规和行业有快速的学习能力和适应力。
