1、专项测试与工具开发：协助抖音系产品开展性能、体验、安全合规、成本与效能等专项测试服务，并参与客户端工具或平台的开发工作； 2、深度分析协助：辅助研发团队在专项测试过程中进行深度分析，包括数据采集、日志建模、缺陷定位以及修复方案设计等方面； 3、前沿技术探索：参与前沿技术的研究与落地实践，例如利用大模型开展动静态分析，构建智能体工程与评估系统； 4、技术融合推动：助力推动大模型技术与专项测试场景的深度融合，提升团队在客户端安全与智能测试领域的技术竞争力； 5、能力培养与问题解决：培养系统性思维、问题定位能力和团队协作精神，在导师指导下解决实际问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、信息安全等相关专业优先； 2、编程能力：至少熟练掌握一门编程语言（如Python、Java、C++、Go等），尤其注重运用编程解决实际问题的意愿和能力； 3、技术好奇心：对Android或iOS平台有基础了解，对移动端性能、安全、网络等技术领域充满好奇与探索欲望； 4、团队协作：拥有优秀的团队合作与沟通能力，逻辑思维能力强，面对问题能主动思考，乐于沟通并积极寻求帮助； 5、新兴技术热情：对大模型等新兴技术兴趣浓厚，愿意探索其在安全、体验或工具建设等软件工程领域的应用。

加分项： 1、具有大模型应用领域项目经验，如Prompt调优、模型微调、Agent应用等； 2、熟悉Android或iOS系统底层机制（如ART/JVM、Framework、IPC通信等）； 3、了解客户端攻防技术，或具备二进制/逆向分析经验； 4、拥有个人技术博客、参与开源项目贡献，或在相关竞赛中取得优异成绩。
