1、负责产品的内容分类标签体系的规划、搭建、维护和迭代，确保标签的准确性、覆盖度和时效性； 2、深入理解产品定位和用户需求，结合内容生态发展，持续优化标签结构； 3、监控标签系统的数据表现，通过数据分析发现问题并提出优化策略，驱动标签体系的完善； 4、与算法、运营、产品团队紧密合作，将标签体系应用于内容分发、搜索和推荐场景，提升分发效率和用户消费体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有内容社区实习经验者优先，具备良好的内容理解力，对内容分类和体系建设有相关方法论沉淀； 3、出色的沟通协作和项目管理能力，具备解决复杂问题的能力； 4、良好的数据分析能力，逻辑思维能力强，善于从数据中持续产出内容优化策略； 5、英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言，熟悉欧美热点，对欧美流行内容或某个垂类较为了解。
