1、项目设计：结合业务发展及人员成长目标，关注业务发展与痛点，定制化培养项目，助力人才发展计划的交付； 2、业务能力：能够深入业务团队，对培训项目进行分析，并完成统筹交付，阶段性的对培训项目完成学习结果复盘、分析数据，确保培训与业务的紧密度； 3、课程开发：对业务团队的成功经验和优秀案例进行萃取和传播，推进在岗实践，引入和探索更多元的学习方法，提升更好的学习体验，促进有效转化，并对成果进行评估与内容质量把控； 4、培养资源：可以有效对学习资源进行开发及整合，确保项目有序、高效落地，协助业务阶段性完成人员培养。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较好的沟通协调能力，问题分析、信息收集能力、推动能力，担任过学生干部，有丰富的活动组织及交付经验/有相关实习经验； 3、精通Excel的应用（具备数据分析能力）、PPT的制作、新媒体相关的文案及海报设计； 4、具备积极的心态，具有较高的成就动机； 5、可全职实习4-6个月，每周至少4天在岗。
