1、负责大模型应用产品（如脚本生成、内容规划Agent、营销Copilot等）的全栈开发，涵盖前端、后端及模型集成； 2、基于Python/Node.js构建AI应用服务，包括Prompt工程、Agent编排、RAG、工具调用等； 3、设计并实现智能对话与内容创作场景的交互界面与可视化能力； 4、参与Agent系统设计，包括任务流程、上下文管理与多Agent协作； 5、与算法、产品团队协作，推动大模型能力在业务中的落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Python或Node.js（至少一种），具备后端开发经验； 3、具备前端开发能力，熟悉JavaScript/TypeScript及React/Vue等框架； 4、熟悉Web API设计及常见数据库、缓存技术（MySQL/PostgreSQL/Redis等）； 5、了解大模型应用开发（Prompt、RAG、Agent等）或有相关项目经验； 6、加分项：有AI应用或Agent系统开发经验。
