1、作为资金财务整体POC，根据业务需求设计支付解决方案，包括承接主体及资金流和信息流的细节设计，满足合规要求的前提下，保证全链路资金、财税流程可落地； 2、整体牵头资金域内部各子团队的方案以及细节对齐，确保评估节奏一致符合产出要求；方案细节（账户层、交易层等）在运营时都可落地，过程可追溯，审计跟踪清晰，结果符合合规、税法、会计准则要求； 3、完善和沉淀资金方案评估细节，完善子团队间评估的SOP，沉淀标准化规则，并可对业务方、产品研发等协同团队输出； 4、配合产品团队做资金产品的标准化沉淀，提升资金方案落地、风险监控以及效果分析的自动化程度。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、金融、国际贸易、财务等相关专业； 2、3年以上海外支付行业工作经验，其中资金方案设计经验2年及以上，熟悉跨境支付和东南亚、欧美、拉美的主要支付模式，有一定的合规知识储备；同时具备资金安全管理实操经验，包括流动性和外汇处理； 3、具备较强的产品理解能力； 4、出色的财税专业知识，有CPA、CFA、FRM、CDCS（国际结算专家）等优先； 5、优秀的跨团队协同和推动解决问题的能力，有过项目（涉及多个一级业务部门）协同经验优先； 6、能够适应多时区沟通，具备良好的英语商务沟通能力。
