日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音-智能创作团队是为抖音业务提供AI，特效，音视频创作技术能力，涵盖了计算机视觉、图形学、拍摄编辑、特效、客户端、服务端工程等技术领域，并以多种形式向抖音提供业界前沿的内容理解、内容创作、互动体验与消费的能力和行业解决方案，同时通过火山引擎为企业客户提供服务。

1、参与抖音业务线的特效开发工作； 2、负责特效中的玩法逻辑开发、Shader实现和性能优化； 3、玩法模板的抽象和实现；玩法代码的设计重构，提高复用性和扩展性； 4、与特效设计师/研发工程师对接，明确需求开发内容、技术方案及验收标准； 5、参与特效工具/特效算法的底层能力开发、问题定位排查、效果联调。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉至少一门编程语言（含脚本语言），能够稳健地用代码实现复杂玩法； 3、具备一定的图像、图形学基础知识，熟悉Shader编程（GLSL/HLSL/CG，至少掌握一种）； 4、积极主动、团队合作，沟通协调能力强，自驱能力强，并具有高度责任感和一定的抗压能力； 5、保持好奇心，有探索精神。

可选加分： 1、熟悉C/C++语言； 2、具备Unity/Unreal等游戏引擎应用经验； 3、熟悉PS/Maya/AE等DCC软件开发经验； 4、拥有良好的英文文献阅读、书写和交流能力。
