1、负责抖音支付交易产品或模块，识别业务需求或问题，产出产品设计和规划，推动产品迭代升级； 2、负责协同业务、BP、技术、外部合作方等，推进项目和产品规划落地，持续拿到结果； 3、与运营团队一起，持续完善相关用户、商户运营服务流程，提升客户满意度； 4、关注支付行业动态，能结合所负责产品/模块，评估影响或给出建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对电商、游戏、生活服务、出行、收单、消费金融等其中1个或多个支付服务场景感兴趣； 3、有较好的好奇心、学习能力；能深刻理解、洞见客户痛点，归本溯源，制定解决计划，包括最终用户、直接业务方； 4、有良好的用户体验意识、产品意识和数据意识； 5、优秀的跨团队/机构组织推动力、沟通能力。
