1、策划并落地直播营收礼物与活动运营方案，参与主题设计、玩法制定与资源协同，对项目效果负责； 2、围绕业务目标深入直播场景挖掘主播与用户需求，并提出高质量运营方案，对需求满足有理解； 3、跟进项目开发流程，上线后关注用户反馈，对遇到的问题快速提出解决方案并推动执行； 4、支持团队横向协作，包括用户调研、流程梳理、数据分析及AI工具使用，提升团队协作效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周4天及以上工作时间，实习4个月以上； 3、熟悉直播/短视频/特效领域，关注行业趋势，了解AIGC工具并具备应用实践经验者优先，有直播、电商、内容类产品实习经验者优先； 4、具备良好的逻辑思维和跨部门沟通协作能力，能在复杂背景下梳理问题并推进执行； 5、理解和学习能力强，愿意在实战中快速迭代、拓展产品运营视野与技能边界。
