1、负责本地服务类目如：洗涤、家政、搬家等类目市场头部客户开发，并建立良好沟通合作； 2、根据公司下达的销售目标，针对不同商户制定相应的销售策略，协调市场、产品等资源部门协助完成策略目标； 3、整合行业内资源，通过资源整合助力业务与销售目标达成，产出可复制案例展示； 4、解决头部商户问题，跟进问题解决，提高商家和消费者满意度； 5、制定抖音推广策略，定期开展商户赋能培训；负责头部商户抖音企业号运营效果，输出内容营销优化建议。

1、本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上KA销售经验，过往业绩出色，具有本地行业、团购平台经验者优先； 3、具有敏锐的商业感知和良好的与客户沟通的意识，擅长客情维护； 4、具有整合营销相关经验，擅长视频内容策划及制作，熟悉市场玩法； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力，有效利用数据做问题发掘和分析，牵引有效决策和前置规划； 6、具备项目管理能力，能够独立完成客户方案的提案、讲解及交付执行落地。
