1、牵头抖音电商精选联盟产品战略规划，拆解全链路核心痛点，制定中长期发展路径，对撮合效率、达人产能、商品供给质量及经营转化结果负全责，驱动业务指标突破； 2、主导商品供给生态升级，搭建基于AI的商品投放、智能托管体系，优化商品匹配逻辑，提升可撮合商品的丰富度与竞争力； 3、提升撮合精准度与成交效率，结合商家与达人双边诉求，设计智能化、规模化撮合机制，优化匹配模型，推动水下撮合上翻，撮合规模提升； 4、统筹AI在撮合场景的产品化落地，聚焦AI找品、比品、谈佣、经营诊断等核心场景，协同算法团队融合大模型、机器学习技术，打造差异化智能能力，探索AI驱动业务增长机会； 5、带领产品团队完成需求调研、产品设计及项目迭代，搭建高效协作与人才培养体系；协同多部门统筹资源，破解协作难点，推动复杂大型项目高质量落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品相关经验，3年以上产品团队管理经验；具备电商撮合平台、广告平台、AI产品相关经验者优先，有抖音/电商生态相关产品经验者优先； 2、产品规划与战略能力：具备高阶平台型产品的战略规划与系统化拆解能力，能够从业务生态视角出发，制定清晰的产品战略、落地路径与指标体系，具备打造业务闭环、驱动业务规模化增长的成功案例； 3、AI技术认知与落地能力：具备扎实的AI技术认知，熟悉大模型、机器学习、推荐算法等相关技术原理与应用场景，有AI技术在电商、撮合、匹配等场景的产品落地经验，能够主导AI产品需求设计、方案落地与效果评估，推动技术与业务深度融合； 4、数据洞察与协同能力：具备数据分析、策略理解与业务洞察能力，能够通过数据挖掘业务核心痛点与优化方向，制定科学的产品策略；具备优秀的跨部门协同与资源整合能力，能够高效统筹多方资源，推动复杂项目顺利落地，解决业务推进中的关键难点； 5、具备强烈的好奇心、创新意识与自驱力，敢于突破传统模式，乐于探索0-1创新场景与技术应用；具备优秀的领导力、沟通表达能力，能够带领团队应对复杂业务挑战，推动业务持续创新与升级。
