1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、有良好的组织沟通和推进能力，能够在复杂环境下沟通协作； 3、工作态度严谨，逻辑思维清晰，有追求细节的意识； 4、较强的逻辑分析能力和项目管理能力。
