日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、结合对电商生态和电商活动的理解，参与行业中台大促活动的落地与运营，协同上下游多部门团队推进项目执行，保障活动效果达成； 2、围绕平台大促招商活动、大促各专项运营需求，协助团队展开相关业务运营和数据分析等工作：包括但不限于数据收集整理与解读、业务指标的下钻分析、业务效果复盘分析、沉淀可复制的方法论等； 3、关注内容电商及平台营销玩法，理解短视频、直播等核心场域的流量特点，并能结合行业特性的不同，协助挖掘差异化行业在不同营销场景下的增长机会； 4、基于活动效果及业务反馈，完成日常监控、效果分析、问题排查和专项支持，推动营销活动运营流程持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、对电商营销、平台活动运营有较高兴趣，具备较强的好奇心、学习能力、跨团队协作与沟通、结构化提炼总结及清晰有逻辑的表达能力； 3、拥有较强的自驱力和主动性，善于沟通和团队协作，学习能力强、责任心强，工作严谨细致、积极主动，具备应对复杂任务的能力； 4、有数据整理和数据分析的能力，有AI数据处理和建设能力，熟练使用Excel等办公软件优先； 5、有营销运营、活动运营、平台运营、电商运营等相关实习经验者优先；有复杂项目协同、跨团队推进或专项支持经验者优先。
