1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、有内容运营/策略运营/经营分析等相关经验者优先；对内容行业感兴趣，对网文、短漫剧、有声、漫画等多体裁内容具备一定的判断力，关注行业发展趋势； 3、对数据有强敏感度，基于分析结果设计策略并推进落地；有较强的沟通能力，具备项目管理能力和跨部门协作能力，具备坚韧的执行力； 4、学习能力强、自驱力强，有责任感，对新事物保持好奇心。
