1、以全局视角和系统化思维理解自建数据中心业务战略及理念，通过事前、事中、事后管控，对建设交付全流程的业务及合规风险进行管控； 2、全流程风险管控与流程优化：深度参与选址、架构设计、设备选型、建设交付等业务实践，对自建数据中心建设交付全流程的业务及合规风险进行识别与管控； 3、风险管控体系搭建：从全局视角搭建自建数据中心风险管控体系，针对当前业务现状查漏补缺，对风险进行多维度分析监控，制定并优化业务流程； 4、高风险专项检查与调查：开展业务日常合规检查，针对业务领域的高支出、高风险以及异常现象（如工程变更与结算、设备采购定价、工程量与验收真实性、供应商履约质量等），执行深入调查，输出结果并监督整改闭环； 5、业务决策合规支持：负责对自建数据中心业务决策提供合规咨询，及日常部门运营支持，内部跨团队协调等，与工程建设、采购、运维、财务、法务等团队紧密协作，推动内控要求在项目全生命周期中落地； 6、甲供设备采购全生命周期风险管控：完成甲供设备的全生命周期的风险管控体系搭建，包含设备白名单入围标准制定、入围考察、入围结果评定以及入围名单更新，寻源采购，采购履行，供应商管理，质量管理，经营结算等全流程实施管控工作。

1、本科及以上学历，工程管理、机电工程、审计、财务等相关专业优先；了解自建数据中心业务，熟悉数据中心设计、设备、建设、交付、采购的相关知识；英语可作为工作语言者优先； 2、有3年以上数据中心领域的合规、内控或审计工作经验，或具有品类采购寻源、交付工作经验，或咨询公司内控咨询等丰富经验者优先； 3、对业务抱有好奇心，具备较强的风险管控意识和数据敏感度，对流程建设有一定的认识和经验；有流程线上化、系统化管理体系建设经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的组织协调能力、沟通能力及快速学习能力，能够在技术性较强的工程与设备场景中快速定位关键风险； 5、擅长总结，有较好的逻辑判断能力，具备优秀的执行力、项目推动能力及自驱能力；为人诚实、正直，能适应数据中心项目现场出差需求； 6、具备以下领域经验者优先： 1）房地产开发、基础设施投资或园区建设项目的内控、审计或风险管理经验，熟悉土地获取、报建报批、投资决策等环节的风险特征； 2）工程建设领域经验，熟悉工程招投标、合同管理、工程造价与成本控制、工程变更与索赔、工程量清单与结算审核等业务逻辑及常见风险点； 3）数据中心机电设备（如柴发、UPS、变配电、暖通空调、冷源系统、消防等）的采购、质量管理、到货验收或调试验收经验，了解设备选型、技术规格审核、质量缺陷判定及质保管理要求。
