1、负责抖音生活服务等内容推荐策略、生态策略、商家增长策略，优化业务效率和用户体验，为生活服务用户体验和生态负责； 2、基于短视频、直播等不同体裁的特点，持续优化推荐召/粗/精/混链路，挖掘用户在抖音全域的兴趣信号与交易价值，提高流量效率与用户体验； 3、以交易增长目标为导向，通过数据分析及商家、用户研究等，明确流量策略的关键手段； 4、深入理解生活服务行业，洞察商家&达人需求和痛点，与技术、运营等团队紧密合作，推进策略迭代、落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，理工科专业优先； 2、每周出勤4-5天，连续实习不少于3个月，有广告/搜索/推荐策略等相关实习经验优先； 3、独立完成需求调研，数据分析，策略产品设计工作； 4、逻辑思维缜密、工作细致有耐心、沟通良好、勇于挑战、善于分析和解决问题。
