1、负责抖音生活服务酒旅行业体验与治理工作，聚焦消费者履约场景，挖掘潜在风险点，参与违规识别策略与违规处置标准的优化及制定，全程跟进策略落地执行，确保治理效果达标； 2、基于用户洞察与数据分析，深度拆解履约链路与消费行为，定位影响体验的核心问题，搭建并迭代场景治理方案，推动产品能力建设； 3、建立治理效果评估机制，监测策略运行成效，协同产品、算法、判责等团队推进方案落地； 4、跟进团队重点项目进展，及时推动各团队高效合作、快速推进。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数学相关专业优先； 2、有治理或风控策略相关实习经验优先，风险敏感度较高； 3、有较强的逻辑思维、数据能力和跨团队协作沟通能力，熟练使用Excel和SQL及可视化分析工具； 4、良好的沟通表达能力，学习能力强、自驱导向、责任心强，踏实靠谱、积极主动，敢于接受挑战； 5、实习时间不低于4个月，每周需到岗不少于4天。
