1、参与抖音电商广告与综合营销策略设计与迭代，设计符合商家诉求的智能营销产品，同时提升用户体验、商家效率、平台收入； 2、洞察和理解上述领域内某一具体范畴的策略，结合客户反馈、市场调研及业务理解，设计和迭代业务核心指标和方案，包括但不限于抽象产品业务模块的设计、产品策略、算法模型的应用和落地等； 3、积极理解和提升AI能力在工作中的应用，擅用AI工具。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学等理工类专业优先； 2、有较强的数据分析能力，对数字敏感，较好的逻辑思维能力和理解能力； 3、具有良好的表达能力、执行能力、团队协作能力；思维活跃，有好奇心，有创新精神，喜欢解决问题；自我驱动，同时关注宏观目标和微观细节，具有主人翁精神，结果导向；乐观向上，遇到问题积极解决，有韧性，不轻易骄躁或气馁； 4、有互联网商业化策略产品实习经验者优先。
