团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、负责社交业务的评测标准制定与优化：将抽象的产品需求（如“模型记忆”、“人设一致性”、“对话匹配度”）拆解为具体、可落地的标注维度与评测标准，并持续迭代更新标准相关知识库，改善内外部人员、模型对标准、知识库应用的效果及体验； 2、协作完成评测策略分析与优化：深入参与记忆（会话总结、消费、投稿画像）、对话（基础对话、双人聊天生成）、匹配等场景的评测集构建、SFT、Agentic数据构造及线上巡检任务；搭建项目指标评估体系，分析与维护相关指标数据，最终完成交付目标与资源管理目标，并持续提升评测效率与质量； 3、掌握评测业务相关产品链路与跨团队协作：深度理解“采-标-评-创”一体化流程，建立跨团队合作机制，有效协同产品、算法、数据生产等团队，推进问题解决与复杂项目落地； 4、参与AI大模型应用探索与业务边界拓展：持续关注AutoPE、RAG检索增强生成、Multi-Agent等大模型应用技术，跟进、分析、维护实际需求与应用效果，为业务创新提供策略支持。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、热爱社交与AI产品，对用户体验有深刻洞察；熟悉市面主流社交产品，持续关注行业热点与趋势，对社交场景下的用户心理、对话质量、内容风险及受众特征有清晰认知，具备强共情力与出色的“网感”；思维敏捷、逻辑清晰，具备扎实的文字功底和优秀的沟通协作能力，能够跨团队协作并推动项目管理，善于系统化拆解复杂问题、推动项目落地，可在数据量大的环境下保持稳定输出；有AI产品评测与运营相关经验者优先，了解大模型评测、训练、迭代的原理及执行方式； 3、具备敏锐的数据洞察与分析能力，能通过多维度数据与内容分析，精准定位标签体系和评测标准中的潜在问题；熟练运用办公软件及数据分析工具，输出支撑业务决策的有效结论。
