1、负责具身智能实体定位模块的算法方案设计与工程集成，统筹定位与感知、运动规划、执行控制模块的交互链路设计与落地，主导预研项目定位全链路的技术攻坚与跨模块联调； 2、设计无高精地图/先验地图依赖的多源融合定位方案，实现GNSS、IMU、轮速、视觉等多源信息的端侧稳定融合，保障室内外全场景下定位的连续性与可靠性，满足具身智能系统的位姿输入需求；负责识别传感器标定误差对定位系统的影响，联动供应商推进标定问题的根因定位与优化闭环； 3、主导定位模块的端侧移植、性能优化与真机调优，适配嵌入式硬件环境与算力约束，满足系统实时性与稳定性要求；配合完成传感器标定的真机效果验证与精度验收； 4、负责定位相关问题的仿真回放、真机诊断与根因分析，覆盖算法逻辑、传感器数据质量、标定参数等维度，推动跨模块、跨供应商的问题闭环与技术迭代； 5、负责定位模块的上下游接口定义与交付，向运动规划、感知模块输出符合规范的位姿与运动状态结果；对接基础导航模块，理解路径规划与环境地图逻辑，保障定位与导航的坐标系、时序一致性，对齐上下游技术需求与交付标准。

1、3年及以上自动驾驶定位、多传感器融合、组合导航或视觉SLAM相关研发经验，有完整项目落地经验，有车规级融合定位项目经验优先； 2、精通组合导航原理、卡尔曼滤波、因子图优化等主流融合技术，熟悉视觉定位、航位推算等技术方案，清晰理解智驾系统中定位与感知、规控模块的交互逻辑；了解车载基础导航的基本原理与路网数据结构，可支撑定位与导航模块的对接联调；掌握传感器标定基本原理，熟悉内参/外参、时间同步、坐标转换的误差特性与对定位的影响，具备独立排查标定相关问题的能力； 3、熟悉车端工程约束，包括传感器数据质量管控、定位延迟优化、实时性保障、嵌入式算力适配等，了解车规级软件开发基本规范； 4、熟练掌握C/C++/Python开发语言，熟悉ROS等智驾中间件，有车端嵌入式开发与车规芯片适配经验优先； 5、具备较强的问题定位能力与跨主体协作能力，可独立对接供应商推动问题闭环；适配预研团队、全链路协作模式，有小团队项目经验优先。
