日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音集团商业化是抖音集团旗下的综合数字化营销服务平台，致力于让不分行业、地域的企业及个体都能通过数字化技术激发创造、驱动生意，实现商业的可持续增长。

1、负责广告业务内的文化视觉设计工作：包括但不限于传播物料、品牌礼品、文化与激励等设计工作，需创作主视觉，完善设计细节等平面设计工作； 2、关注部门及团队内的活动节奏及规划，结合内外设计趋势及AI设计工具，参与制定整体视觉语言的标准，有效提升对外传播的品质和效果； 3、配合部门及团队内的项目节奏，配合策划并落地相关活动，提升部门内的文化氛围； 4、整合沟通多方资源，做好部门内基础事务管理配合。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计类专业优先； 2、可独立完成设计工作；有较好的平面排版及主视觉创造能力，能很好的整合信息及元素，驾驭多种风格的画面设计，能够突破传统创造新的视觉语言； 3、有较强创意能力，富有好奇心，且娴熟掌握各类设计工具（Adobe、AIGC等），熟练即梦AI、Midjourney等为加分项； 4、对视觉风格敏感度高，善于发现、挖掘机会点；对设计工作保有热情，主动学习并掌握新知识与设计工具； 5、良好的沟通合作能力及团队合作精神，富有工作激情和责任感； 6、能够精准理解广告业务、把握广告核心价值；同时对团队文化建设有一定程度的理解。
