1、有计算机科学/电气工程/数学/统计学及相关学科的本科及以上学位； 2、在所在学科的顶级学术会议或期刊上有论文发表； 3、有视频编解码、图像视频处理、评价和传输方面的开发经验； 4、熟练掌握C/C++； 5、具有很好的团队精神和沟通技巧。 加分项： 1、参与标准制定化工作； 2、熟悉国际国内视频编码标准AVS/H.264/H.265/VVC； 3、对视频编码优化算法有很好的理解； 4、熟悉Neural Network-based image/video coding and processing； 5、有SIMD（X86或 ARM）开发经验； 6、有多线程开发经验。
