1、根据目标制定销售计划，规划客户销售策略，并根据市场变化适时调整，与伙伴建立专业有效的合作机制，驱动伙伴完成所分配的业务指标； 2、负责区域渠道伙伴的招募、支持及管理，与培训、产品、市场等部门协作，参与制定和执行销售策略和激励措施，促进伙伴良性发展； 3、开拓及跟进重点客户，了解客户需求，联合渠道对潜在行业客户进行跟踪、拜访，促成签单，迭代解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉SaaS/软件/解决方案/云计算/大数据/营销技术等产品，有HRD相关业务经验优先； 2、具备建立高层客户关系的经验，优秀的内外沟通协调和谈判能力； 3、熟悉国内IT软件分销商及服务商模式，具备良好的市场开拓与合作商管理能力； 4、拥有较强逻辑思维能力，能独立产出行业分析和策略洞察。
