1、负责抖音电商商家发货履约治理（管控商家发货的合规性），结合抖音电商业务诉求，分析用户需求和行业现状，制定适合发货履约业务的商家发货行为规则； 2、改善商家发货体验，为抖音电商消费者的发货体验负责，对问题场景进行拆解分析、制定改善策略，并推动相关方案完成到落地； 3、与行业相关运营团队对接，深挖不同行业商家的发货问题痛点，制定差异化体验提升方案（包含行业特殊发货规则、商家发货工具、治理手段等）并联动产品、算法、技术等部门团队完成方案落地； 4、日常数据监控及问题研判，及时发现风险问题并推动解决；同时针对已落地的策略方案通过实验验证其效果和对平台价值（包含发货履约用户体验指标、用户复购等）。

1、了解或熟悉电商相关业务模式，对商家发货的模式有自己的理解； 2、具备定量和定性的数据分析能力，善于从复杂数据或模糊信息中发现并提炼核心重点，具备独立发现问题和转化成相关解决方案的能力； 3、逻辑思维清晰，能够有条理、简明扼要的阐述问题、策略、方案等；做事严谨，对自己给出的建议和决策能够做好充分的论证和数据支撑； 4、有较强的学习能力和韧劲，能快速学习并掌握新业务知识，面对复杂问题能坚持不懈的努力并达成业务目标； 5、充满热情，耐心细致，主动性强，愿意和不同部门协作，有风险意识。
