1、负责抖音生活服务内容流量策略迭代，包括策略制定、实验设计和数据分析； 2、基于本地生活的差异化，与算法、运营、各协作方优化推荐策略，持续提升内容生态的健康度，提升抖音用户内容消费体验，牵引作者在抖音内规范经营、闭环经营； 3、深入调研作者的经营难题与经营逻辑，数据拆解经营中的流量问题与增益，通过推荐策略帮助作者度量经营收益，精细化提升经营效果； 4、洞察用户的核心诉求，给出科学的策略优化预期目标与衡量指标，与算法团队高效协同，完成目标拆解、策略验证； 5、深入理解并探索行业自然流量与商业流量协同的经营方法，与内外部团队紧密协作，打造经营的第一阵地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具有一定的产品调研能力和数据分析能力； 3、具有良好的沟通协调能力，责任心强，踏实敬业，逻辑清晰； 4、有生活服务或策略产品相关实习经历者优先考虑。
