1、负责抖音社区治理标准与社区规范的制定、迭代与维护，为平台安全和生态治理提供治理依据； 2、制定和维护各类内容社区风险标准，不限于直播、视频、IM、账号等体裁，以确保标准的合法性、准确性，并不断优化； 3、生产和迭代社区标准规范体系，能通过定性、定量等方法评估标准合理性，对社区内复杂现象精准定性与研判； 4、深入理解平台风险及治理逻辑，深入各治理场景，挖掘用户需求痛点，并沉淀优化建议推进迭代社区标准。

1、本科及以上学历，社会学、传播学、法律背景优先； 2、对国内外新闻、热点、社科类事件有观察有理解，日常关心和思考中心问题；熟悉互联网内容管控政策要求，具备直播或视频内容风控经验优先； 3、有较强的内容提炼概括、撰写的文字功底，逻辑性强，善于运用文字以达到精确的描述； 4、具备卓越的沟通表达能力，逻辑思维清晰，具有较强的抗压性、责任感、创新能力、团队协作精神和沟通合作意识。
