1、参与红果短剧等月活亿级别，且行业增长最快的App的商业广告产品设计工作； 2、深入理解广告投放系统，根据业务现状和目标，通过样式/链路&激励玩法优化等不断提高产品变现效率，提升收入； 3、对所提出的产品或策略制定实验及上线方案，并协调推动相关的业务团队高质量执行； 4、日常和运营、销售同学密切配合，及时处理各种反馈，并从中发现有价值的共性问题。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有良好的思维逻辑，学习能力强，有责任心，有互联网商业化产品经验优先； 3、熟练掌握Excel，有数据分析相关经验等优先，表达能力强，善于沟通，具备协调与推动的能力； 4、工作地为上海，至少连续实习4个月以上，每周保证4天及以上工作时间，能长期实习者优先。
