1、人才搜寻与筛选：多种渠道进行简历开源与筛选，快速识别与岗位匹配的潜力候选人，建立并维护人才库； 2、候选人沟通与跟进： 1）负责与候选人进行初步沟通，向候选人传递飞书业务与价值主张； 2）协调并安排面试，确保候选人在整个招聘流程中有流畅、积极的体验； 3）及时跟进候选人状态，维护良好的候选人关系； 3、招聘项目支持： 1）协助招聘项目运营，如行业人才地图绘制； 2）参与招聘数据的整理与分析，为招聘策略提供支持； 3）负责招聘流程中的其他协调与支持工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，管理类/心理学/理工科/文史哲/语言等专业优先； 2、能够保证每周至少4天、持续3个月及以上的实习时间（充分的实习时长更能帮助你深入理解业务和职位）； 3、优秀的沟通和学习能力；积极主动的态度； 4、英语可以作为工作语言； 5、对AI工具感兴趣的同学加分。
