1、本科及以上学历； 2、1-3年大客户销售经验，2年以上广告行业经验； 3、有行业垂类平台、媒体广告销售经验者优先； 4、认可抖音玩法，深耕文旅行业并有一定客户积累，对行业现状以及增长机会点有理解和认知； 5、具备良好的客户开拓、客户服务能力，逻辑和表达能力强，有敏锐的市场洞察力与出色的执行力； 6、接受出差，主动学习，敢于面对挑战，自我驱动性高，目标感强。
