1、负责研发与测试效率工具的设计、开发和迭代，围绕需求理解、测试方案设计、UI自动化、接口自动化等，构建可复用的工具、框架和平台能力，提升研发交付效率与质量； 2、建设UI与接口自动化能力，完善用例编排、测试数据管理、环境准备、执行调度、结果校验和报告生成等环节，持续提升自动化执行的稳定性、覆盖度和可维护性； 3、推进大模型与AI Agent在研发提效、测试提效场景中的应用，结合需求文档、接口定义和代码变更，实现测试方案、测试用例及自动化脚本的辅助生成，并建立生成结果的校验与评估机制； 4、建设测试闭环（Test Loop），串联变更感知—方案与用例生成—自动化执行—失败分析—修复后回归—结果反馈，与持续集成及研发工具链集成，缩短问题发现和验证周期； 5、深入研发、测试团队的实际工作场景，识别高频、重复和高成本环节，推动工具落地与推广，通过任务完成率、执行耗时、误报率、维护成本及人工投入等指标，评估并持续优化提效效果。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上后端研发工作经验，具备扎实的计算机基础和工程开发能力； 2、熟练掌握Python、Go、Java、TypeScript等至少一门编程语言，具备良好的软件设计和问题排查能力，能够独立完成工具或服务的设计、开发、交付与迭代； 3、熟悉测试设计方法和自动化测试原理，具有主流自动化框架的开发或扩展经验，在需求理解、测试设计、UI自动化、接口自动化等至少一个方向有实际开发和落地经历； 4、熟悉Git、CI/CD及常见研发协作流程，能够将工具接入实际研发链路；具备良好的需求抽象、沟通协作和项目推动能力，关注工具易用性与实际使用效果。

加分项 1、有大模型或AI Agent应用开发经验，实践过工具调用、工作流编排、上下文管理或效果评估，并在测试生成、自动化执行、问题分析等场景中落地； 2、有从0到1建设效率工具、自动化框架或测试平台的经验，或曾推动工具在多个团队中持续使用，并取得可量化的效率收益； 3、有代码变更分析、测试影响分析、流量录制回放、自动化脚本自愈等相关实践，或参与过相关开源项目。
