1、负责企业级流程管理场景下AI Agent应用的设计与开发，包括任务规划、工具调用、对话管理、多轮上下文管理等，持续优化智能体在复杂业务链路中的成功率、稳定性与成本； 2、参与或主导基于LLM/RAG的知识问答与助理类产品的设计与开发，包括流式渲染（SSE/WebSocket）、多模态消息呈现、引用溯源、思考过程可视化等链路的工程实现与调优；同时参与Agent自身Skill体系与Loop机制的设计与迭代，提升智能体的任务规划与执行能力；深入理解业务需求，与产品、后端、算法紧密协作，将大模型能力转化为可交付、可迭代的产品功能； 3、参与AI-Native前端架构设计，负责前端与AI服务层（Agent/RAG）的接口对接、数据流转与交互逻辑设计，通过流式处理、请求合并、缓存策略等手段提升AI能力的调用效率与端到端体验； 4、参与Generative UI/Agentic UI方向的探索与落地，围绕人机协同确认、过程可解释性、动态卡片、Artifact预览等场景设计可复用的前端交互范式； 5、参与AI应用前端工程体系建设，包括组件库、脚手架、性能优化、可观测性与Prompt/会话调试工具等，持续提升团队研发效率与工程质量。

1、3年以上大模型应用开发工作经验，深入理解Agentic架构、RAG、Function/Tool Calling、多轮对话与上下文管理等概念在工程中的落地方式；能够快速将新兴AI能力转化为可上线的产品功能，有Agent Skill/Loop设计与调优、Prompt Engineering实战经验者优先； 2、具备扎实的数据结构、算法与计算机基础，能够独立完成复杂模块的方案设计、编码实现、问题定位与性能优化；对代码质量有较高追求，注重可读性、可维护性与工程规范； 3、3年左右Web前端开发经验，精通TypeScript/JavaScript，深入理解React（或Vue）原理与源码级实现，熟练掌握HTML5/CSS3及现代构建工具链（ViTe/Webpack/Rspack等），具备中复杂应用的架构设计与落地能力； 4、熟悉浏览器渲染机制、网络协议（HTTP/SSE/WebSocket）与复杂状态管理；具备单元测试、性能优化、可观测性、稳定性治理等方面的实战经验； 5、能够从用户与产品视角出发，设计流畅、可信赖的AI交互体验，对异步数据流、实时渲染、人机协同等场景有丰富实践； 6、对AI技术有强烈的好奇心，具备在快速演进的方向上持续学习、快速迭代与推动落地的能力，善于跨团队沟通协作。
